Relaxing base for 2 nights with professional and very efficient staff with the service rendered from the hotel staff.

The room was well-appointed, I had really really nice experience.

It was fairly clean, I will be back. Everything was excellent, diligent staff, magnificent views of the bay. Also, location was good, within a close distance from The Segway Adventure.

The hotel is relaxing and clean, nestled in a lovely building with panoramic view of the beach and gulf. Its location is picturesque, close to restaurants and bars.

The place was reasonably priced. The room of place was great-sized with balcony bed. The location was excellent, not very far from The Segway Adventure. There was small outdoor restaurant with delicious meals.

The service was excellent during my stay. The room I stayed in was well-appointed with a great view of passing boats, coffee, balcony. The location of this hotel was excellent and absolutely perfect.

I recently stayed at the Dreamview Beachfront Hotel for a week-long vacation. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with dolphins swimming by our balcony every day. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially Luke the concierge, who provided great tips and excellent service. The private beach was a unique feature, with clean sand and beach beds available. The tiki bar on the beach served delicious drinks, and Sasha at the bar was the best, creating amazing cocktails.

Can recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for my getaway! Right on the beach, with amazing views from my private balcony! The staff was attentive and provided service with a smile. My room was cozy, with a couch for lounging, and had all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, it was a great value for the price I paid!

The location is unbeatable in a good area, adjacent to food mart/Subway for groceries as well as the larger Clearwater beaches or Resturaunts. The room is well-appointed and nicely remodeled with a pull out sofa, the hotel features a pool bar onsite.

The breakfast was reasonable, a great selection of food. The room was brand-new and good sized with ocean views. The location of the hotel was remote, so close to good restaurants and shopping, the beach and restaurants, and the pool/private beach area. It also was in a different establishment.

This hotel offers a quiet end of town and excellent views of the Gulf side. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast on the outside deck was really nice and included fresh fruit. The private beach attendant was very helpful. No Parking fees make it more affordable than other hotels. The proximity to Publix grocery store is a plus. The balcony furniture is comfortable and the sliding door can be left open for fresh breeze.

The beach area is quite small.

Particularly good and perfect location near the shore and easy access to a market and various stores. Again, walking distance to Captain Bligh's Landing Miniature Golf Course. Nicely remodeled and modern room, with a clean bathroom. Lots of outstanding food.
